SUNDAY

10:45 to 11:30am - Age 5 to 9 years
11:30am to 12:30pm - Age 10 to Adult

£4.50 per session for 5 to 9 years
£5.00 per session for 10 years to Adult

The 5 - 9 years class is designed specially for young children with little or no trampolining experience and enables them to work through the 5 star award scheme. Discipline and interaction with other children is encouraged as part of the lesson and children receive one to one instruction. All children wishing to start this class must attend an induction session before booking.

The induction covers safety and basic trampoline skills, enabling the children to enter the class with confidence and an understanding of the lesson. Induction classes are held regularly but places for these sessions are limited and must be booked in advance by placing the child’s name on the waiting list at reception or by telephoning Canons sports centre.

The 10 - Adult classes are recreational and suitable for anyone. You will be welcome if you have never been on a trampoline before or whether you can perform multiple somersaults. Our instructors all hold advanced qualifications.

Please ensure you wear proper sports clothing.

No jeans or fashion clothing is allowed on the trampolines.

Long hair must be tied back, socks must be worn and all jewelry removed.
